Good solid American fare with all-day breakfast besides. We came in on a slow Monday evening. Ordered sandwiches and fries. Reuben was very good and so was the shredded roast beef on marble rye. Server was excellent, and the food flew out of the kitchen. We're excited to go back for breakfast.

The tavern cod is the best fish fry I have ever had and, with the friday land and sea buffet, I can as much as I like and only for $20. That’s saying nothing of the other items available. This is definitively my favorite place to go for fish fry. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I went for the Nashville, and let me tell you—it hit that perfect sweet spot: amazing flavor without setting my mouth on fire. The mild? Flavorful, with just a HINT of heat—like it’s winking at you instead of punching you in the face. Pro tip: Monday special is bone-in wings for $0.75 and boneless just a bit less—but if you’re a true wing lover, don’t even think about those nuggets. Nuggets are for amateurs.
